This is how native Louisianian and Certified Teen Life Coach, Arion Broussard shows up in her business to empower pre-teen and teen girls to live fearlessly, love themselves and walk-in who God has called them to be! However, this strong resolve did not come without some troublesome life-experiences and hardship along the way.

As a teenager, Arion masked her brokenness through her bubbly personality and great smile. Without much support or places of guidance, Arion found unhealthy ways to cope with the hurt and distresses she was facing.

Today, her powerful testimony of overcoming adversities, low-self esteem, depression, and suicidal thoughts catalyzes her current work with youth, as a Teen Life Coach. 

It became evident that in these early years, God had set the ground for her life’s call and ministry to touch the lives of young women, encouraging them to become overcomers, operating without fear or timidity in self-assuredness, love, and bold confidence.

Arion’s mission to support the life success and achievement of young women began in 2009, acting as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Southeast Louisiana and the Kingsley House organization, as she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Southern University at New Orleans.  

Later facilitating her own mentoring program, ‘Blooming Into You,’ in 2018 in partnership with private school and academic resource center, HYPE Academy, Arion began group-coaching girls aged 14-17 on building healthy self-esteem, stress management and developing positive thinking habits. Her 2018 mentorship program set the stage for her business launch and coaching programs the following year, in 2019, with Arion Broussard, LLC. 

Girls coached by Arion, have shown repeated success in overcoming self-doubt, walking fearlessly in their strengths, connecting with peers, and achieving their goals and aspirations. Now as a wife and mom of two girls, Arion has even more drive to continue to change the world through teaching generations of women who will influence nations with their visions, confidence, and dreams!
